We are looking for highly motivated professionals to fill in the positions below.

1.Training Manager
•Conduct training analysis to determine the needs of company and individual employees
•Identify and source program developers and instructional designers, Prepare and create soft skill training for employees.
•Ensure developers create training programs that meet the identified objectives
•Implement and maintain a system records of employees attendance at training and development for all areas departments
•Modified module according to current and future company business
•Prepare training plan (internal & external trainee) for all employee base on departments required

2.Legal Manager
•Provide administrative support and paralegal assistance in preparing legal documents (financial contract or agreement in term of legal matter, litigation or non litigation matter)
•Drafts legal instruments and correspondence.
•Perform legal analysis of financial or banking statement for management review
•Creates first draft of policies and procedures as assigned.
•Manages, coordinates communication of approved policies/procedures and changes to policies and procedures.
3.Employee Relation/ SSL Manager
•Identifies policies, procedures, rules, and operational or administrative
practices and procedures that conflict with provisions of a unit agreement, and takes the
action necessary to resolve such conflicts
•Build and maintenance good relationship with institution or government staff
•Maintains liaison with the appropriate representatives of the certified majority representative organization.
•Organizes assigned administrative, technical and supervisory work related to the employee relations function, and conduct investigation.
•Supervises the work of the employee relations unit of an institution or agency.

4.Account Payable Manager
•Directs and manages the operation of the accounts payable division
•Trains district personnel in accounts receivable and cash receipt procedures.
•Manages the implementation of Sponsor Billing, Communications Management, as they relate to accounts payable processes.
•Conducts routine investigations, examinations, and audits of books and financial records, and prepares reports thereof.
•Prepares accounting reports containing findings, conclusions and recommendations.

5.Environmental Manager
•Investigates known or potential environmental problems including correcting data, identifying statistical parameters, analyzing and reviewing of empirical findings, and writing of technical reports covering inferences of the results obtained.
•Serves as a public information source providing information concerning physical and natural science, archaeological and cultural history.
•Lectures and writes on matters pertaining to the advancement of an environmental ethic in keeping

6. Admin Head (KTU)
•Responsible to prepare and maintenance all Site administration
•Monitoring and responsible to prepare revitalization report, plasma, and inti.
•Supervises and monitoring all administration activities and assist estate manager to prepare estate realization budget
•Manage and monitoring employees attendance

•Responsible for land surveying, mapping and existing conditions survey, must possess an understanding of the result of the fieldwork.
•Work Closely with a team in fully developing and overseeing the survey division by preparing schedules that include accurate start and dates.

•Max. 40 Years Old (1-5), 38 Years Old (6-7)
•Bachelor degree with related background educational and experiences (1), Law (2-3), Accounting (4), Environment Engineering or Law (5) Economic or Accounting (6) Geodetic or civil Engineering (7)
•Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position
•Computer literate and its related software.
•Good in English both orally and in writing (1-5)
•Having experience in Estate, Agronomy, Palm Oil Industry
•Willing to stay in Kalimantan , Riau and sumatra
